Note, using the Online Scheduler on your phone can be done, but it can be difficult to see all the buttons. You will need to scroll up and down and left and right a lot. We suggest you use a tablet or a desktop computer to submit your order.
To use the Scheduler you must know a date for your inspection and you should be in a binding/signed contract. NOTE, For the Online Scheduler to calculate an accurate Price, you must fill in the correct house finished square footage, year built and type of foundation, otherwise it defaults to the base amount around $285.
If you start to place an order, all the information you input will be saved as you go and it will appear as an Order to us, even if you don’t complete all the pages of the order. Note, if left unattended for about 10 mins the Scheduler will time-out, but all your entries will be saved and your time slot will be taken if you try to start over with a new order. If you don’t know all the information asked for in the order forms, don’t worry, what you do fill out probably will be good enough and we will complete the rest for you.

If you can’t find the date/time you’re looking for, don’t worry, we probably can rearrange our schedule to find an open time slot for you, just give us a call or text.
